Southtown District: Approximitly 1.2 to 1.5 miles south of your location.
Downtown San Antonio (including The River Walk): About 2-3 miles.
The Pearl Brewery: Approximately 2 miles
San Antonio Zoo is 3 miles
Lackland Air Force Base: Roughly 12 miles
Fort Sam Houston (Air Force Base): About 5-6 miles
SeaWorld San Antonio: Approximately 16 miles.

Lockbox is attached to the front porch small fence opposite the front door. We will provide the door code along with the check in instructions before your arrival. The key will be the brown one and the door is the one on the left.

The main unit includes 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a washer/dryer, with private parking available. You'll have the entire house to yourselves, plus two detached casitas and one attached private room that may host other guests.

FYI: If you have a car...Please do not block other cars that may happen to be already parked in the driveway. The parking situation is limited at the property. However, street parking is free if you park in front of the school loading sign. (Picture in the check-in guide link)

The neighbor isn’t too walkable and is becoming renovated but not fully renovated area. It’s an overall older neighborhood but the home is renovated and close to many attractions in San Antonio

The house is in the Beacon Hill neighborhood which is a historic residential area. A classic neighborhood that is also within minutes of the top attractions to see in San Antonio such as The Riverwalk, The Alamao, The Pearl, Seaworld, Six Flags and more!
Getting around: Guests can park directly in front of the house(pictures shown in check in) or also on the street opposite of the property for free as well as. There may be other guests’ cars parked in the driveway but if not, parking there is also possible. It is a short, less than 10 minute uber to the major attractions closer to DT. There is also a bus stop close-by if guests prefer to use the bus.
