The Alamo: Roughly a 1.2 to 1.5 miles from the neighborhood, situated in the heart of downtown San Antonio.
San Antonio Botanical Garden: Approximately 1.1 to 1.4 miles to the northeast.
Southtown District: Approximitly 1.2 to 1.5 miles south of your location.
Downtown San Antonio (including The River Walk): About 2-3 miles.
The Pearl Brewery: Approximately 2 miles
San Antonio Zoo is 3 miles
Lackland Air Force Base: Roughly 12 miles
Fort Sam Houston (Air Force Base): About 5-6 miles
SeaWorld San Antonio: Approximately 16 miles.
Six Flags Fiesta Texas: About 13 miles.
The Rim (Shopping and Entertainment Complex): Around 14 miles.

**Guest may hear some step noise from the upstairs unit but we do our best to communicate for them to keep that to a minimum.

Once you arrive, the property that has a red cone in the driveway is where the unit is located. You go down the driveway and you'll see the back house building. The unit is the door on the right with the keypad. Sometimes you might have to pull the door handle slightly towards you and then push the door in to open.

We will provide the door code along with your check-in instructions

To lock the door when leaving: pull in the door handle tight while at the same time holding the top button until it turns red for a couple seconds. Double check by trying to open the door to make sure it is locked. . FYI, If an early check in of before 2:30pm is possible and you want one, it would be an additional charge of $25.

FYI: If you have a car...Please do not block other cars that may happen to be already parked in the driveway. The parking situation is limited at the property. However, street parking is free if you park in front of the school loading sign. (Picture in the check-in guide link)

The neighbor isn’t too walkable and is becoming renovated but not fully renovated area. It’s an overall older neighborhood but the home is renovated and close to many attractions in San Antonio

Please only liquids in the sink and toilet. The Kitchen sink is a sensor faucet so once it is turned on you just need to touch on the black base part of the faucet for the water to come on. Then shut off the handle when done. The drain is slow draining so please be mindful of that. Also please open the bathroom window after showering to circulate the air to prevent excess moisture/any mildew.

Turn on fan/light: Can use remote on nightstand to turn on fan/light. Make sure light switch is on. Press button you want on remote to turn on/off (make sure to press it really close to the fan/light where receiver is located).
