San Antonio Botanical Garden: Approximately 1.1 to 1.4 miles to the northeast.
Southtown District: Approximitly 1.2 to 1.5 miles south of your location.
Downtown San Antonio (including The River Walk): About 2-3 miles.
The Pearl Brewery: Approximately 2 miles
San Antonio Zoo is 3 miles
Lackland Air Force Base: Roughly 12 miles
Fort Sam Houston (Air Force Base): About 5-6 miles
SeaWorld San Antonio: Approximately 16 miles.
Six Flags Fiesta Texas: About 13 miles.

Once you arrive, go down the driveway to the guesthouse in the back. The unit is the door on the left with the standard key lock. The lockbox is on the gate to the left of the door(not the lockbox attached to the main house). We will provide the door code and the key for the door is the slighter larger one with more design/intricate holes. Close and scramble the lockbox please.

This is an upstairs unit and there may be other guests in the downstairs unit. Please be mindful of making excessive noise when walking upstairs/around the unit to be courteous of potential guests downstairs. Thank you.

FYI, If an early check in of before 2:30pm is possible and you want one, it would be an additional charge of $25.

FYI: If you have a car...Please do not block other cars that may happen to be already parked in the driveway. The parking situation is limited at the property. However, street parking is free if you park in front of the school loading sign. (Picture in the check-in guide link)

The neighbor isn’t too walkable and is becoming renovated but not fully renovated area. It’s an overall older neighborhood but the home is renovated and close to many attractions in San Antonio

Turn on fan/light: Can use remote on nightstand to turn on fan/light. Make sure light switch is on. Press button you want on remote to turn on/off (make sure to press it close to the fan/light where receiver is located).
